The big difference between us and the companies you currently work with is our product has no up front cost, this plus the fact that if you sell enough we can brand the product with your logos. The important thing to remember is that you don’t have to be selling dozens a month. 4bi’s service is good for your business, good for your clients and your relationship with them. The process is very simple, you can either complete an online instruction to install which links in directly to our systems or fax us your clients details and we’ll do everything from then on in. We credit check your client to ensure not only their creditworthiness but also to check that we have the correct information about the home we are going to be installing the system into. For those brokers who don’t sell lots but would still like to benefit from the advertising of their logo on the bell boxes this can be arranged for a small one off fee of £250. Once the system has been installed we will send you the initial commission and each month thereafter for as long as the client stays with us.
